Tutorial to Use NLIST- Inflibnet
The Project entitled "National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content (N-LIST)", being jointly executed by the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium, INFLIBNET Centre and the INDEST-AICTE Consortium, IIT Delhi provides for i) cross-subscription to e-resources subscribed by the two Consortia, i.e. subscription to INDEST-AICTE resources for universities and e-ShodhSindhu resources for technical institutions; and ii) access to selected e-resources to colleges. The N-LIST project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty from colleges and other beneficiary institutions through server(s) installed at the INFLIBNET Centre. The authorized users from colleges can now access e-resources and download articles required by them directly from the publisher's website once they are duly authenticated as authorized users through servers deployed at the INFLIBNET Centre.

If you have not received an e-mail
from NLIST, Please follow the guidelines in Step-1 Step-1
Mail to library@gcg42.ac.in with the following details
Subject: NLIST – membership – requested – reg.
Name of the Staff:
Department:
Official mail ID:
Mobile Number:

Date of Validity as per your ID card:
Step-2
You will get a mail from N-LIST. Go through the mail and
also the Terms and Conditions
at https://nlist.inflibnet.ac.in/vlicence.php
Step-3
Click on the activation link given in the mail https://nlist.inflibnet.ac.in/vactivate.php
NEW USERS CLICK ON “Activate
User?” given as
in the following screenshot after typing
the Username(mail ID) and Password given in the mail from N-LIST
Enter your Username, OTP, New Password (twice), Answer the
Captcha and click on “Activate User”.
A Message “Your membership has been activated...” will appear and the screen will be redirected to the N-LIST Home Page.
Step-5
Again login using the “Registered
Member’s Login” using your Mail ID and New Password.
Please Don’t forget to Logout when you finished your work.

You can narrow down your search by using the filters on the Right side.
Advanced Search options are available when you enter the Provider’s Page.
You may have to enter your N-LIST
username and password again for entering into the Providers website as given
below.
If you could not access an article
then please verify whether the journal is subscribed by N-LIST or Not.
You can do this by the following
steps:
1.
Go to Advanced Search
2.
Look for “Limit To” option
3.
Select the Provider’s name. For
e.g. “American Institute of Physics”
4.
Click on “Find” will give the list
of journals subscribed by N-LIST from the American Institute of Physics
